An experienced Trademark and Copyright Attorney, with proficiency in IP litigation before the Trial Courts as well as the High Court. With a strong hold on criminal law and an ample amount of experience in bail, quashing and POCSO matters. Her strong analytical skills and experience in conducting legal compliances and drafting and vetting contracts along with litigation skills, aids in understanding and catering to clients legal needs.

YASHVIR SINGH BALHARA

Yashvir Singh Balhara is an alumnus of Punjab University, Chandigarh and is enrolled with The Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. He is well versed with local laws and his practice covers diverse areas of litigation in the field of Consumer Disputes, Real Estate Laws, Negotiable Instruments and Civil Laws. He has worked with senior counsels in the Punjab and Haryana High Court and is well accustomed to the drafting of documents for Real Estate Companies and pleadings before Trial Courts and HRERA, Gurgaon. His hands-on experience in the Courts and Tribunals qualifies him to meet your legal needs.
